Here's a photo taken only a few days ago of William Woodward, Jr., who died of gunshot wounds yesterday at his Oyster Bay Cove, Long Island, estate, and his wife, Ann. The picture was taken at the Embassy Club in the Ambassador Hotel in New York. It was announced today that a grand jury will investigate the mystery-laden "mistake" killing of the owner of great racehorse Nashua, by his wife. Nassau County District Attorney Frank Gulotte said he'll let a jury decide whether the shotgun killing was a criminal or accidental death.
