Judy Garland has landed and the Marines are well in hand, as the young singing screen star arrivs at Penn Station holding an American flag and a United States Marine doll. Judy, who sang in Philadelphia on July 1, will tour U.S. O. camps, and be in and out of New York for the next fortnight. After that, she'll sing her way back to the West Coast following a route dotted with service camps.
