Police Officers Removing Abortion Rights Demonstrators
A group of police officers pull a middle-aged woman off the street where she is demonstrating with a crowd of pro-choice abortion rights activists. The demonstrators closed the Holland Tunnel during the Democratic National Convention in response in response to the Supreme Court ruling in the Casey decision, which let states further restrict abortions by upholding twenty-four hour waiting periods and mandatory anti-abortion counseling for women seeking abortions.
