French justice will hand over its verdict on March 1, 2010 on the case opposing both parties for an amount of 39 million Euros claimed by the seller. Originally built by King Leopold II of Belgium at the beginning of 1900, the cream-colored villa is set in 20 acres of gardens overlooking Cap Ferrat, near Villefranche sur Mer.
