Folks Lose Medicaid Benefits in Marianna, Arkansas
MARIANNA, ARKANSAS -MARCH 22: Elizabeth Cloinger was tossed off of the Arkansas Works program even though theres no doubt that her income is low enough that she qualifies for it. Even though she had an exemption when the work requirements began she was being asked to verify her income. But she didnt understand that she needed to do that. She was mainly getting a bunch of letters asking her to update her email address. Cloinger, photographed 3/22/19 is frustrated and needs medicine that she hasnt refilled since 2017. -In the town of Marianna, Arkansas we look at folks who have lost their Medicaid benefits due to often confusing rules and strict requirements.
