SEP 28 1975; A Couple of Hitters -- Los Angeles Dodgers first baseman Steve Garvey poses with Babe Herman of the old Brooklyn Dodgers team prior to Friday night's game in Los Angeles. Garvey is the first L.A. Dodger to have back-to-back 200 hit seasons. Herman was the last Dodger to have back-to-back 200 hit seasons when he did it in 1929 and 1930.
