WY: Western Coal - Booming Energy Search?

GILLETTE, WY - JUNE 15: Carpenter crews finish a split level home in a new housing subdivision on June 15, 2006 in Gillette, Wyoming. The city of Gillette, part of Campbell County, experienced an oil boom beginning in the 1970's. Today coal mining and coal bed methane industries have replaced oil and turned the city into an energy supply hub for the US. Housing units for residents and workers are in high demand. Many newly arrived workers in the city of 25,000 people have to live in small trailers in RV camping grounds. (Photo by Robert Nickelsberg/Getty Images)
