HUAIAN, CHINA - MARCH 30: (CHINA OUT) A body of a victim killed by a chlorine gas leak lies at roadside in a village some 200 meters away from the accident site at a highway March 30, 2005 in Huaian of Jiangsu Province, China. A truck loaded with chlorine overturned on a highway linking Beijing and Shanghai in eastern China, spewing fumes that killed 27 people and left another 285 hospitalized late Tuesday, local government officials said. More than 10,000 people were evacuated in nearby villages after the accident.
