NYC - South Side Chic Williamsburg Brooklyn

As the rapid gentrification of Williamsburg, Brooklyn continues to spread outward, the neighborhood's step child, Williamsburg's south side, also has experienced a real estate boom. Rezoning in the north side transformed an industrial working-class Polish neighborhood into an expensive playground for the rich and hip.
