DAYTONA BEACH, FL - FEBRUARY 17, 1957: As a part of factory involvement in NASCAR Cup Series racing, Chevrolet placed Hugh Babb in charge of an operation in Atlanta, Georgia where cars were built and distributed to select drivers.
