Gallo Images Middle East transition to Getty Images Middle East
An important message to our customers
Over the past seven years, Gallo Images Middle East has been working alongside Getty Images as a Master Delegate, representing Getty Images’ collections and services.
Within the next few weeks, Getty Images will have an office based in the UAE, providing expertise and customer service for the region. Read on to understand how this affects you.
Why is this happening?
As Getty Images will now have a presence in the UAE under the trading name of Getty Images Middle East*, customers that used to be served by Gallo Images Middle East will be able to license content through the Getty Images website – gettyimages.ae, where they will be able to access the most complete selection of high-quality photography, illustrations, video and music clips – all searchable by collection or brand name.
So what does this mean for you, our customers?
As most customers from Gallo Images Middle East already have a Getty Images account, nothing changes – you will be able to use the same login details you used on gettyimages.com. Customers that may have changes made to their accounts will be notified of this by phone or email.
