About Moh Alileche Ensemble
Born in 1959 in Kabylia a beautiful mountainous region of Algeria.
Moh Alileche has nurtured his love for music since childhood. At age nine, he built a hand-held, single stringed instrument made out of an oil can and taught himself to play traditional songs, singing in the ancient language known as Berber or Tamazight.
