Dorian Kelly studied trumpet and piano at the Royal College of Music Junior Department for two years and then Trinity College of Music for a further three years. After leaving Music College he worked as a professional freelance trumpet player, including performances with Frank Sinatra, Shirley Bassey, Neil Diamond, Jamie Cullum, and The Temptations, as well as appearances on ITV (Regional), BBC Radio 3 and 4.
He later completed the Music for the Media course
