In a nutshell, I sing my lyrics and melody to a beat, then, by my direction according to style, genre and instruments, I ask studio musicians to add chord progressions to flesh out my songs, and then add a vocal track, using a demo singer. Sometimes, I take off the vocal track and add an instrument in place of the vocal melody.
