Bio:
Nicholas Markos has released a dozen albums in his own name and under various pseudonyms, and he has composed music for several films (such as "Get Lamp", "Trashed", and "Vincent: A Life in Color"), as well as composing for numerous commercial projects for clients ranging from the Chicago White Sox to Wrigley's to Showtime. As a live performer, he has opened for numerous international acts (Bob Dylan, Melissa Etheridge, Squeeze, The Violent Femmes, The The, Roger McGuinn, Curve, Glenn Frey, Todd Rundgren, et al), performed throughout the USA and the UK, and played guitar (and tambourine) for several other groups. His songs have been covered by Taylor Mills (of Brian Wilson's band) and have appeared on several compilation records.
