Bio:
Nate Davenport is a rock/pop singer/songwriter hailing from San Antonio, Texas.
Nate has been writing songs since the age of 16, and began hitting the bar/club/restaurant circuit while in college. Since then, he has played anywhere people would listen, both organized and impromptu gigs in coffee shops, churches, airport terminals, and larger venues. Nate has been able to connect with audiences ranging from six to 6,000 people, and has shared the stage with renowned artists such as Baby Bash, Rihanna, Good Charlotte and Avril Lavigne. Nate has been featured on radio shows such as Deb & Dean in the Morning on KTXM and the nationally-syndicated Kidd Kraddick in the Morning radio show. While known for electrifying crowds with his full-band set, he also mesmerizes them with his solo-acoustic performances.
After graduating from college, Nate worked hard and lived lean for over a year to put money away to record an album based on material he had written through college. He found someone he could trust with his talent and material in Mack Damon, an acclaimed, multiple Grammy-nominated producer whom he sought out after hearing Mack's previous work. On the strength and meticulous crafting of their labors together, Nate released his debut album, titled Sweet Disaster, on February 17th, 2009, and toured the US to support it in 2009.
