Bio: C-Dob started playing the drums in church at the age of 6; by the age of 13 he started playing the piano with no training. "I knew it was a gift from God, because I started playing and it came naturally." By 16, his mother gave him $1,000 to buy whatever he wanted for his birthday. "I bought 2 keyboards and just started making my own beats with them without any training." C-Dob started out as a rapper at 17, but had no one to do his music, so he began making beats for himself. "After a while, I stopped rapping and focused more on production." Eventually, he started selling beats to friends and local artists. He soon started to realize that he could make a living doing this.

Years went on and he started using the money he made to buy more and more equipment. Then he started doing R&B, Techno, Gospel, Pop and anything else that was thrown to him. "People liked coming to me because I was versatile and I always gave them what they wanted and needed." Now, C-Dob is an independent producer working all over the country and even in Canada with various artists. "I plan to be one of the greatest producers who's ever done it, and I won't stop even when I get there." Charles C-Dob Dobson is also backed by some of the music industry's most powerful people in the game including, Chris Young (Tricycle Records), "Fotemah" (Sr. A&R of Konvict Music), "Joe Blast" (multi-platinum producer for artist such as Jay-z, Jarule, T.I., and many others), hit making producer "Great Scott" (“Wall to Wall” for Chris Brown), and C-Dob is also backed and highly recommended by industry power house veteran "Jaye Byrd" (Bad Boy and Rocafella
Records)! Charles "C-Dob" Dobson is very confident that he will be the next big thing!
