One day Mike Langlie found an old toy piano in a thrift store and fell in love with its charming, off-kilter tones. Soon more little pianos followed him home and a fun new music project was born.
Mike is an artist and musician living near Boston, MA. He collaborates with lots of other creative people to combine unlikely instruments and moods. Songs range from imaginary cartoon soundtracks to spooky lullabies to hyper toytronica. Strong melodies, bouncy beats and surprising arrangements make Twink a favorite for use in eclectic programming.
