Gregory Tripi composes music for film, television, and multimedia. He is a classically trained composer and performer on piano, bass, bassoon and sitar. Having attended both Berklee College of Music and The University of Alabama, Greg has studied Film Scoring, Music Synthesis, and Composition with many extraordinary teachers. His dedication to the art has earned him recognition as an accomplished composer and as a well versed electronic musician. His music has been awarded the Georges Delerue Film Scoring Award and the Thomas Dolby Production Award. In April 2005, Greg was selected as the recipient of the BMI Pete Carpenter Fellowship to work with television composer Mike Post. He was also chosen as the winner of the 2005 Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Foundation Music Internship working with composer W.G. Snuffy Walden. Greg''s compositions are based out of his Los Angeles, CA studio.
