How do I price video?
You can view pricing for all of our clips online, regardless of license model, by clicking the calculator icon beneath an image in your search results.

What's the difference between royalty-free and rights-ready video?
Rights-ready clips are licensed for a single project and priced according to use. Royalty-free stock footage clips only need to be licensed once—rights are unlimited, in perpetuity, for any project or client.

Is video priced per second or per clip?
Our clips are priced on a per-clip basis.

Which formats are available?
Our royalty-free clips come in 4 file sizes: small 240x180, medium 480x360, Standard Def NTSC and PAL, and in most cases, 8-bit HD Photo JPEG and 10-bit HD Apple Pro Res with a 4:2:2 codec. Our rights-ready clips come in Standard Def NTSC and PAL, and in most cases, 8-bit HD Photo JPEG and 10-bit HD Apple Pro Res with a 4:2:2 codec.

Do you sell video with audio?
Yes. To find clips with audio, enter 'audio available' before or after your search term. For example: 'audio available beach.'

How can I get the broadcast quality (SD or HD) final element?
All of our clips can be priced, licensed, and downloaded immediately from our website, regardless of license model.

How do I find HD Content?
Go to Advanced Search. In the Video clips section, under 'Aspect Ratio,' clear the '4:3' checkbox.

How do I find model- or property-released video?
For model- and/or property-released clips, see the following collections: one80: Signature; ImageBank Film: Signature; and royalty-free. You can refine your search to include only these collections in the Video clips section on the Advanced Search page.

Can I search by clip length?
Yes. You can search for clips according to clip length in 10-second increments. For example: In the search field, add ‘10 seconds or greater' to your search keyword.

What if I want to find exterior video of a specific location?
Enter your location in the search field plus ‘NOT interior.' For example: If you want to search ‘Los Angeles' but you want only external shots of the city, not the inside of buildings that happens to be in Los Angeles.

How do I exclude people in my search results?
Enter your keyword in the search field plus 'NO people' or 'AND nobody.' For example: 'beach NO people' or 'beach AND nobody.'
