How do I set up an account for a company?

To set up a company account for credit terms or tax exempt purchasing, or if you want to be associated with an existing company account, please contact us.

How can I update my personal account information?

Sign in to the Getty Images website and hover over your username in the heading on any page. Choose the Profile link to be taken to your account profile, where you can view or update personal details, mailing information and billing information.

If you've established company terms for online purchasing, you cannot edit your billing address online. If you need to modify this address, please contact us.

How can I update my credit card on file?

  1. Sign in to the Getty Images website.
  2. Hover over your username in the page heading, then select Profile.
  3. In the sub-navigation, select the Credit card and address link. On the Credit card and address page, select the Edit link next to the Credit card section.

How can I update my personal billing information?

  1. Sign in to the Getty Images website.
  2. Hover over your username in the page heading, then select Profile.
  3. In the sub-navigation, select the Credit card and address link. On the Credit card and address page, select the Edit link next to the Billing address section.

How do I update my company billing information?

To update your company billing information, please contact us.

How can I update my tax/VAT ID?

To update your tax/VAT ID, please contact us to submit a request.

Can I change the name I entered during registration?

Yes. To do so:

  1. Sign in to the Getty Images website.
  2. Hover over your username in the page heading, then select Profile.
  3. Edit the information shown in the First name and Last name fields.
  4. Select the Save changes button to submit your changes.

Can I cancel or delete my account?

To cancel or delete your account, please contact us.

Can I view invoices online?

Yes. Once you are signed in, you can view your invoices at any time by hovering over your username in the page heading, then selecting Invoices. Invoices are available on the site 24 hours after purchase.

Can I view company credit memos online?

Yes, only if your account is associated with a company. To find copies of credit memos:

  1. Sign in to the Getty Images website.
  2. Hover over your username in the page heading, then select Invoices.
  3. Under the Company account section, select the credit memos you want to view.

Credit memos are available on the site 24 hours after a return is processed.

How do I retrieve my username or password?

You can retrieve your password from the Sign in page. If you've forgotten both your username and password, or which email address is currently in your profile, please contact us for assistance.

How can I change my password?

  1. Sign in to the Getty Images website.
  2. Hover over your username in the page heading, then select Profile.
  3. In the sub-navigation, select the Change password link.
  4. On the Change password page, provide your current password and enter your new password twice in the fields.
  5. Select the Save button to submit your changes.

Can I change my username?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your username once you have registered for a Getty Images account.
