x-ray of wrist with osteomyelitis and old fracture : Stock Photo
x-ray of a 49 year old man showing the absence of the distal left ulna absent. This has the appearance of an old injury. Degenerative changes involve the radiocarpal joint. There is deformity of the carpal bones, the proximal carpal row appears to be absent. This also has an appearance consistent with a previous old injury. This patient developed osteomyelitis after his injury.
