Rutherford, 94, who played Scarlett's cheery younger sister in the Civil War epic 'Gone with the Wind' has died, according to reports in the Los Angeles Times. A close friend told the daily that Rutherford died Monday night at her home in Beverly Hills after years of heart problems and declining health.
