Caption: DEUTZEN, GERMANY - JANUARY 25: Workers prepare to attempt to set a 950-tonne bucket excavator upright following an accident at an open-pit coal mine on January 25, 2013 near Deutzen, Germany. The bucket excavator tipped over last summer after plateaus of earth and sand nearby gave way, pushing a layer of coal underneath. The excavator has been lying severaly tilted to one side ever since at the Vereinigtes Schleenhain mine, which is operated by Mibrag.
