The Emperor's New Mall

A very unhappy place. We drove up on this big, big complex, no fence what so ever. What we saw where only concrete carcasses, one of these 80 mtrs. + chimneys 30 degrees inclining, black screaming crow's and the sound of what probably was a straw-dog giving birth. While I was shooting around with my Nikon I realized that i was slowly sinking in black tar. We could easily feel the misery of all these people who worked here back in the days. This was in Calan in Hunedoara County Romania.
