The USS Arlington (LPG24) leaves Huntington Ingalls in Pascagoula, Mississippi, Friday, March 8, 2013, on its way to Norfolk, Virginia, where it will be commissioned on April 6. The Arlington is one of three ships named to honor victims of the Sept. 11 attacks.
