KISSIMMEE, FL - OCTOBER 17: The Latino vote could be decisive in swing states such as Florida. The majority of the large Puerto Rican community in Orlando, Florida seems to favor Obama. Puerto Rican residents at the Paradise Inn in Kissimmee, Florida have a party in the parking lot. Omal Garcia , 27, left and Wanda Vazquez , 55, dance to latin music. Some of the residents are having a hard time finding employment in the area, others are making minimum wage at some of the service industry jobs in the tourist town.
