LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM: The hearse carrying the coffin of Reggie Kray drives along the route towards St. Matthew's Church in Bethnal Green in East London 11 October 2000. Kray, who died of cancer 10 days ago, shortly after being released from prison after serving more than 30 years, was one of Britain's most feared gangsters. The Kray twins, Ronnie and Reggie, and older brother Charlie held a mafia-like grip on London's East End during the 1960's. Reggie and Ronnie were convicted of murder and sentenced to life in 1969.
