Filmed early on August 18, 2013, in the Tours suburb of Joue-les-Tours, the eight-minute video filmed by the young local resident and which has been viewed more than 690,000 times on YouTube, was filmed from the upper storey of a building and shows two police officers trying to subdue a woman in the street.
