A protester is arrested by plainclothes Thai police officers after staging an anti-coup demonstration in Bangkok. Hundreds of demonstrators gathered Sunday near a major shopping mall in downtown Bangkok to denounce the country's May 22 coup despite a lockdown by soldiers of some of the city's major intersections. Troops and riot police were stationed in the central shopping district where one political activist had vowed to host a coup party.
