Rockville, MD - SEPTEMBER 19: People gather for the memorial service of Vishnu B. Pandit, 61, at the Robert A. Pumphrey Funeral Home on Thursday, September 19, 2013, in Rockville, MD. The memorial service is the first for the victims of Monday's mass shooting at the Washington Navy Yard. Pandit, who lived in North Potomac, MD, grew up in India and moved with his family to the United States in 1974. Pandit worked as a civilian for the Navy for more than 25 years.
