Over 2,800 bodies have been dug up in a mass grave near the town of Hilla, Iraq. A good portion of the bodies still had identificatiion on them. Once the bodies were brought up they were later put into plastic bags for the family members to go through. They are believed to be victims of mass executions carried out by Baath Party members in the year 1991. Tens of thousands of Iraqis are believed to have been executed after the Gulf War.
