OFUNATO, JAPAN - FEBRUARY 16: (CHINA OUT, SOUTH KOREA OUT) A new carriage of Sanriku Railways Co. Minami Rias Line is unloaded to the rail as a preparation for a partial service restart on February 16, 2013 in Ofunato, Iwate, Japan. The line is out of service since the tsunami triggered by magnitude 9.0 earthquake two years ago.
