The Skate Pass program, designed by Eric Klassen and Eva Mullen, is a three-part curriculum that teaches beginning, intermediate, and advanced skateboarding to elementary, middle school, and high school students. The program was first adopted by P.E. teacher Richard Cendali at Douglass Elementary School in Boulder, Colorado.
