Mech Tribal Kitchen

Caption: [UNVERIFIED CONTENT] Mech tribe is one of the scheduled tribes of India and belong to Kachari group of tribes. They belong to Mongoloid race and speak mainly Bodo language, which is a Tibeto-Burman dialect. A traditional Mech kitchen builds with bamboo, straw and clay. Mech women rear silkworm. They weave cloths for themselves with the thread produced at home, on a primitive loom called 'kanti', which is made from bamboo.
