The Army's 4th Brigade Combat Team held the ceremony for Private 1st Class Vincent Ellis of Tokyo, Japan, and Spc. Nathan Davis of Yucaipa, California, in a chapel on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, in Anchorage, Alaska. Ellis died June 4, 2012, days after his unit was attacked by improvised explosives and small arms fire in Khost Province. Spc.
