London, UNITED KINGDOM: Exiled Russian billionaire and fierce Kremlin critic Boris Berezovsky gives a press conference in London, 18 July 2007, as he accuses russian President Vladimir Putin of personally ordering a recent plot to kill him. Berezovsky said he briefly fled abroad in recent weeks after British police tipped him off about an alleged plot, which comes amid rising tensions between London and Moscow over the murder last year of ex agent Alexander Litvinenko. "It's Putin personally behind this plot, Litvinenko and mine," he told reporters in London, after the plot against him was first reported in a British newspaper.
