Caption: MIDDLETOWN, DE - DEC 07: 'Limo Guy' is sort of an alter ego for Scott Soucy. He does a local TV show to promote his transport (limo) business as 'Limo Guy' and shows up at local events to do unscripted interviews and features. This night he crashed an event at an art college in Wilmington, DE where he ambushed (unplanned interview) the mayor who blew him off. The reaction was actually what Soucy was hoping for. The man in the center is yelling, 'Hey, it's the Limo Guy!' Scott Soucy is a man on a mission. He wants the world to know that he thinks that the U.S. debt can be paid-down if everyone just chipped in a little. The limo driver takes every chance he gets to offer up his message.
