Caption: A large propaganda billboard of former Paraguayan general and presidential candidate for the UNACE party, Lino Oviedo, at the party's headquarters in Asuncion on February 3, 2013. Oviedo died on the eve in a helicopter crash whilst returning from a campaign rally in Concepcion. All three passengers of the aircraft --Ovideo, his bodyguard and the pilot-- died in the accident.
