Kenyans register as voters for next years general elections in March, in December 18, 2012 in Nairobi .The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has taken biometric computer equipment to populations in remote tribal areas in order to ensure that the chance of voting fraud is decreased for the country's forthcoming elections.
