Hungarian Foreign Minister Janos Martonyi (R) delivers the opening speech of the annual NATO Conference on Weapons of Mass Destruction, Arms Control, Disarmament and Non-proliferation at the Foreign Affairs bulding in Budapest on June 14, 2012.
