TORONTO, ON - JUNE 4: For a dozen years renown concert violinists Joshua Bell has owned his pride and joy, a Stradivarius violin which is turning 300 years old this year. Despite it's age, it is hardly babied. Bell plays this instrument exclusively. Bell has paid close to $4 million for the Gibson-Huberman Stradivarius as it is now known. You can hear the remarkable instrument and player Joshua Bell, along with the Toronto Symphony in Concerto for Violin and Double Bass written and performed by Edgar Meyer.
