(KL) Dr. David Broadway works on his patient. Dr. David Broadway, of Broadway Center for Plastic Surgery at 9777 S. Yosemite Street, specializes in a new technique of breast augmentation through fat transfer. It is a technique of using a person's own fat to transfer it from areas such as the buttocks and back and put it into the breasts as an alternative to breast implants made of silicone or saline. The procedure begins by using an oscillating metal rod called a Vaser to break up fat.
