Spain's supreme court sentenced SEGI's members Mikel Arretxe, Imanol Vicente, Naikari Otaegi, Egoi Alberdi, Aitor Olaizola, Adur Fernandez, Oier Lorente y Ekaitz Ezkerra to six years in jail on April 8 for membership in an organized armed group.
