Iconic Rock Garden Creator Nek Chand Passes Away At 90

CHANDIGARH, INDIA - JUNE 13: A body of Nek Chand being shifted under a shelter as rain started, Creator and Director of the iconic Rock Garden who has amazed people for decades with his unique sculptures made from waste, passed away late last night at PGIMER after a prolonged illness, at Rock Garden, on June 13, 2015 in Chandigarh, India. Chand was suffering from diabetes, hypertension and was also diagnosed with cancer. He had been admitted to the local Inscol Hospital in Sector 34 for the past few days. He had been undergoing dialysis but his condition kept on deteriorating.
