SENDAI, JAPAN - SEPTEMBER 17: (CHINA OUT, SOUTH KOREA OUT) Bereaved families of children who died in tsunami caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake walk to the Sendai District Court on September 17, 2013 in Sendai, Miyagi, Japan. The court ordered a kindergarten in Ishinomaki and its principal to pay a total of 177 million yen (1.77 million U.S. dollars) in damages to the families. The court recognized the responsibility of the kindergarten for dispatching a bus to take children to their homes in the coastal area, despite the tsunami warning following the earthquake.
