Arnold Sheinis...

NATICK, MA - DECEMBER 11: Arnold Sheinis, recalls how his wife, Betty Sheinis, hid the original manuscript of her illustrated children's book under the bed in the guest room. The half-finished manuscript turned up in an art gallery in Natick. It was a beautifully illustrated children's book, but the gallery owners had no idea who the other was. When they found her, the author, Betty Sheinis, could not remember anything, because she was in the advanced stages of dementia. Two weeks after Betty died, her husband, Arnold, remembered her hiding place for special things under a bed in the guest room. There, they found the rest of the manuscript, which was published as 'Rhoda's Ocean.' (Photo by Dina Rudick/The Boston Globe via Getty Images)
