SRINAGAR, INDIA: An Indian paramilitary soldier keeps vigil in front of Kashmiri Muslim men standing at a counter before submitting application forms for taking part in bus trips from Srinagar to Muzaffarabad in Pakistan controlled Kashmir, 07 March 2005 in Srinagar. India and Pakistan have agreed to restart a bus service across divided Kashmir from 07 April 2005. The announcement of the bus service, greeted with shouts of joy on both sides of the de facto Kashmir border, is seen by analysts as one of the most tangible results of the slow-moving peace process so far.
