Kashmir remained on boil a day after a youth was shot dead by Indian armed government forces in the Old City of Srinagar. Two persons including a woman were also wounded when Indian forces fired at Kashmiri stone hurling protesters who were shouting 'down with India' slogans. The Indian forces in Kashmir clamped a stringent curfew in the region to stop anti-India protests from escalating while as a shutdown was observed to protest the killing of the youth.
